We accept a wide range of different health insurance plans at Advantage Physical Therapy – FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center in Ventura, CA.
We understand that insurance can be perplexing, and we will check your health benefits before you arrive, as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Our physical therapy clinic provides a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance, do not want to use insurance, or who have exhausted their benefits. Advantage Physical Therapy – FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center charges a self-pay fee of $150 for an initial evaluation & treatment and $90.00 per follow-up visit.
